Langtang Valley Trekking is also called the Glaciers valley trek. Langtang is the closest place and easy to get with local Bus or Jeep the massive snow-capped mountains and beautiful glaciers. This valley is located only 16 miles north of Kathmandu. The whole valley is dominated by Mount Langtang Lirung (7246 m)yangsa tanging Glasier and Tsergo Ri offers pine forest . Inside the Langtang National Park is located in the Area. 4,500 people live inside the park, and many more they depend on it for timber and firewood. The majority of the residents are Tamang.and Tibeten is ideal for people looking to trek in a peaceful environment. Langtang region is dominated by Tibetan-influenced Tamang people in Langtang region and Sherpa people in Helambu region. So, one has the chance to feel and experience with Tibetan-like cultures and rituals. Langtang Valley Trekking offers a variety of superb views of Himalayan peaks with dense alpine forests, numerous birds, thundering rivers and isolated villages. Langtang is a beautiful place – one where you get to see mesmerizing snow-topped mountains covered on stunning sheets of ice. Dominated by Mount Langtang Lirung (7246 m) and located at a distance of just 19 miles to the north of Kathmandu, this valley offers pine woodland forests, serene mountain streams, lush green slopes and an overall enjoyable experience. Langtang Valley Trekking starts with a day’s bus ride from Kathmandu to Syaphrubeshi. We begin the walk from Syaphrubeshi. We head upward to Lama Hotel and Langtang village until we arrive at the famous Kyanjin Gompa. After exploring the region, we trek the same route to Syabrubesi from where we drive back to Kathmandu.
Trekking Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu in your Hotel
Day 2: Drive to Syabrubesi (1,550m/ 7h ):
Day 3: Trek to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft) 6 hours
Day 4: Trek to Langtang Valley (3,430m/11,253ft) 6 hours
Day 5: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m/12,697ft) 3 hours
Day 6: Trek to kyanjin View Point & back to Lama Hotel
Day 7: Trek over to Syabrubesi 4 hours
Day 8: Syabrubesi to Kathmandu (7 hours Hotel)
Day 9: Transfer to the Airport for your onward journey

Bonjour à tous, Nous avons fait avec ma femme un trek dans les Annapurnas en mars 2014 en 2016 également Langtang Valley .Nous avions un super guide francophone que je vous recommande. Il s’appelle Himlal Poudyal, il est vraiment aux petits soins avec vous, vous donne pleins de bons conseils, et vous raconte des annecdotes surprennantes sur ces treks. Il organise des treks sur mesures avec ou sans porteurs, il vient du Manaslu mais connait très bien les circuits dans les Annapurnas et l’Evrest
