Tamang Heritage Langtang Gosaikunda & Helambu Trek .Tamang heritage trekking trail is situated at Rasuwa district in the north of Kathmandu nearby Tibetan border of Nepal and Langtang Region. It is an interesting trek through Tamang villages and settlements. Their culture is virtually untouched. During the trekking you enjoy the dramatic views of Langtang Lirung(7245m.), Langtang Kerung,Kerung Rasuwagadi Tibet Border Rasuwagadi is a historical reminder of the Nepal Tibet relation that has  Chimse Danda ridge crossed by Ganjala Pass(5122m.), Dorje Lakpa (6989m.), Jugal Himal, Paldor peak, Ganesh Himal, Manasalu, Shiringi Himal nad Sanjen Himal ranges. The views of the Himalayan snow –capped mountains will be unforgettable. Tamang ritual, Tibetan culture, festival and local Syabru dance makes this heritage trek very popular and unique. The tea houses were all comfortable and the food was very good. Langtang Valley and reach Gosaikunda which is a revered place of pilgrimage for both Buddhists and Hindus. Moreover, the place is named after the glistening Gosaikunda Lake whose water is believed to have magical healing powers. We pass by a few more lakes on our trek and cross the Laurebina Pass(4610 m)Our trek In the Helambu Valley begins after crossing the pass. Another highlight of our hike is to reach the top of Ama Yangri at 3,800m. The view of the Himalayas from the top of the hill is believed to rival that of Tserko Ri. From here, Mt. Shishapangma,Gauri Sankar ,and the Langtang ranges seem so close that we feel that we can almost touch them
It was an exciting and fun treak and everything we had hoped for. This part of Nepal should be missed. I suggest you.

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu Airport transportation to the Hotel.
Day 02: Kthmandu – Syabrubensi (1470m 7h local bus).
Day 03: Syabrubensi -Gutlang (2320m 7h).
Day 04: Gutlang- Tatopani (2607m 5h).
Day 05: Days of rest in Tatopani
Day 06: Tatopani, Nagthali Dada (3165m) -Thuman (2338m). 6h
Day 07: Timure (1762m) visit Rasuwagadi, visitor of Tibet 7h
Day 08: Timure – Bridim (2229m) 6h
Day 09: Bridim – Sherpa Gaun 2600m
Day 10: Serpa Gaun – Langtang Village (3500m, 6houres)
Day 11: Langtang village – Kyanjing Gompa (3800m 3hours)
Day 12: Day of rest for (On the assault of Tsergo Ri)
Day 13: Kyanjing Gompa – Lama Hotel (6 hours)
Day 14: Lama Hotel – Tholo Syabru village (1900m, 6hours)
Day 15: Tholo Syabru village – Sin Gompa (2400m, 5hours)
Day 16: Sin Gompa – Gosainkunda Lake (4261m, 6hours)
Day 17: Gosainkunda Lake – Ghopte (3605m 7hours)
Day 18: Ghopte – Gola Bhanjun helambu 6h 2400m
Day 19: Gola Bhanjun – Kathmandu
